Entrance into a spacious hall which leads to the large lounge and dining area with Satellite TV, DVD player, office and doors leading to a covered terrace with garden furniture overlooking the pool and garden. Well equipped new kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a built-in barbecue who supports the kitchen.
This lovely villa comprises 5 bedrooms (3 en suite) and 5 bathrooms. On the first floor there are two master suites, both with double bed, built-in wardrobes, large bathrooms with bathtub and shower and spectacular balcony with magnificent views. On the ground floor there is one more en suite bedroom with double and two twin rooms which share a full bathroom. All bedrooms are tastefully furnished.
Outside you will find the refreshing swimming pool which is surrounded by the beautiful garden and a second Barbecue with al fresco meal area with table and chairs for over 10 people.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has radiant floor in every bedroom. Maid service is included 2 times per week with bed linen changed once per week and towels, twice per week.
